When you decide to engage my services, I am committed to and will do my best to respect you and your loved ones privacy.

The collection and use of your personal data is to arrange and carry out any services agreed within your contract.
When you engage me as your celebrant, you agree explicitly that I may collect, hold, and process your personal data as set out in your contract when you engage with my services.
Your personal data will be used to carry out these arrangements, including contacting you when necessary in relation to your subscription and possibly to receive payment.
I will take appropriate measures to safeguard personal data under my control against unauthorised access, unlawful or accidental loss.
Your data will be retained whilst your booking is being arranged and has taken place. In compliance with Company Law and HMRC Statutory VAT reporting requirements, I may continue to hold some of your personal data for a further period of 6 years. Where there is no requirement to continue to hold your personal data it will be destroyed.
You have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed and what personal data is held.
You may check that the information I hold is accurate or complete. You can ask for information to be removed if it is inaccurate or there is no compelling reason for me to continue to have it.
You may also request a block on the processing of personal information for specific reasons. An objection can be made if you find your data is being processed inappropriately.
Should you need to make such a request at any time; then, in the first instance email me. This email should detail the precise nature of your request.
Within 7 days of receiving your request I will send you a written acknowledgement noting when you can expect to receive a fuller response.
Within 30 days of your request I will provide you with the information that is held in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable (probably Word or Excel) format except where we have agreed that this would be impossible, or that it would involve undue expense, in which case it may make the information available to you to view on a screen.

If you engage me to carry out professional services for you I will gather personal information from you such as your name, address, telephone numbers and email address. This will create a record of any correspondence between us. I will hold details of transactions you carry out through the site, should that be an option.
I might use information about you to either carry out our contracts or present site content effectively, or provide information, products and services that you request, or which you have indicated, may interest you. I will store the above information in a database.
I’ll use your information with your consent, and for the any of the following reasons; internal record keeping; the sending newsletters if you subscribe or contacting you about prospective or ongoing projects.
