Within our Bodies:
Where there is Anger; soften it with Forgiveness,
Where there is Doubt; exchange it with Certainty,
Where there is Angst; invite Calm,
Where there is Stress; encourage Peace,
Where there is Panic; enable Soothing,
Where there is Fear; discover Trust,
Where there is Sadness, create Laughter,
Where there is Pain; heal it with Love,
And with this Love, may our Hearts find the Courage and the Bravery
To be True to Ourselves.

Good morning beautiful.
For you are.
Underneath that sometimes craggy exterior which has been careworn with age,
Through the joins in the armour
And the chinks in the chain mail
Shines a beautiful light.
The hair vest diffuses that light.
Softens it.
Makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear.
But beautiful is the body that lies beneath.
The armour is heavy.
Difficult to carry,
Let alone wear.
Put down the armour.
Remove the chain mail.
Take off the vest.
Allow yourself to feel
The rawness of life
Upon the naked flesh exposed.
Touch it.
Hold it.
Smell it.
Embrace it.
And delight in the freshness.
Of touch
Of seeing the light
That shines from within
And know that
Love
Is the source of The Light.

Many years ago you gave me a small tumble stone of Rose quartz. It was to be the beginning of an increasingly growing collection of crystals and minerals and rocks which now fill my house with love and light.
In the twenty years we have known each other; you have been my Guardian Angel and have been the light of my life through the darkest of times.
Today, I would like to return a small piece of my heart to you with this Watermelon Quartz heart to acknowledge the marriage of your heart to Ian’s in the hope it brings you continued love and happiness as you continue your new lives together.
The Pyramid is a symbol of intent, setting solid foundations for your future marriage, grounding you and protecting you as you travel together now on further adventures. One corner is family, one corner represents friends, the third your home and the fourth Ocean Hobart. Solid and strong in their connection and their relationships, may this pyramid bring colour and light to your future as you have shone the light to guide me here today.
With the very best of intentions set from this day forward, I trust also, that our paths with cross again.
